   I hope this email finds you well. My name is Kyu Chung, and I am a Senior Associate Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting, a global strategy consulting firm.
   We are currently conducting research covering the Canadian dental service organization market and are looking to speak with individuals who would be involved with or have knowledge of all or a sub-set of the following:

   • Payer landscape and trends in payer mix
   • Reimbursement rates
   • DSO (Dental Service Organization, or corporate dentistry) penetration within the Canadian dental market and expectations for future growth
   • Regulatory dynamics, such as increased socialization of dental care

   Given your experience, we felt you would be able to provide significant insight in these areas, and would like to schedule a 30-60 minute phone conversation with you.
   We recognize that your time is valuable, so we are willing to offer an honorarium of $200 per hour (prorated).
